Welcome to the Blacklist



 

The dreaded Blacklist: This page will be for Casinos and Poker Rooms that just plain are a rip off, be it low payout, slow payment or no payment whatever the case may be, do your research so that we all may be more safer, as i will do mine.  I will be adding them day buy day.

Reasons For the Blacklisting:

  1. Game results are not consistent with a random game. I expect all casinos to offer a fair game as evidenced by the fact that the cards or dice observed fall in line with statistical norms. A casino observed to not offer a fair game will stay on the blacklist until the problem is corrected and an apology is made with restitution to victimized players.
  2. The casino does not honor their own rules. This in particular applies to a casino retroactively denying a player a bonus, or removing funds from his account, after he met the terms of a bonus offer. It is fine to cut off players from future bonuses, or close an account completely, but unless there is more serious fraud player funds may not be seized.
  3. The casino passes a player's e-mail address onto spammers.
  4. The casino misappropriates a fair gaming seal.
  5. A casino does not respond to inquiries about a player dispute.
